Low-impact training and aerobic week
Build useful fitness without requiring jumping or maximal circuits.
01 / Understand the starting point
Low impact describes lower collision or landing demands; it does not mean an exercise is automatically
painless or suitable for every injury.
02 / Make the useful distinction
Choose comfortable walking, cycling or other accessible movement. Start with duration and frequency you
can repeat, then gradually increase demand.
03 / Put it into practice
Pair aerobic work with suitable resistance training. Strength progression still matters; low-impact
programming should not become only easy stretching.
04 / Review and adapt
If symptoms persist, obtain an assessment and specific modifications. A change of exercise mode cannot
identify the cause of joint or nerve pain.
Original education and planning material. Sources support the general context; sample schedules and worksheets are editorial
applications, not tested individual prescriptions.
