THE STRONG TABLE / FREE RESOURCE COLLECTION / SEPTEMBER 2026 1 THE STRONG TABLE / NERVE PAIN / 40 Hand clumsiness & balance changes - education & notes Clinical-source reading and an observation workbook for neck & shoulder. 01 / Recognize the pattern Difficulty with buttons or coins, an unsteady walk, or arm and leg changes together can signal spinal cord involvement. Cervical spinal cord; cervical myelopathy differs from irritation of a single nerve root. 02 / Understand the limits This is a reason for assessment, not a stretching target. Symptoms can develop gradually, and an exercise website cannot rule out cord compression. 03 / Movement and rehabilitation Pause self-directed neck protocols until medically assessed. A specialist decides whether physiotherapy, further tests or other treatment is appropriate. 04 / Review and warning signs Do not use repeated neck compression tests, forceful manipulation or a "stretch through it" approach. Rapid weakness, worsening walking or new bladder/bowel symptoms requires emergency assessment. Original education and planning material. Sources support the general context; sample schedules and worksheets are editorial applications, not tested individual prescriptions.
