What you’ll need

  • 100 g mango flesh
  • 100 g pineapple
  • 80 g peeled banana
  • 200 g unsweetened soy milk
  • 25 g pea protein powder
  • Ice or extra water as needed

Make it

  1. Wash produce; remove cores, stones and peels as indicated. Keep dairy chilled.
  2. Add liquids to a blender, then soft ingredients, fruit and powder or oats.
  3. Blend 45–60 seconds, adding water or ice to reach your preferred texture.
  4. Pour the whole batch into one large glass. Drink promptly, or refrigerate covered and use within 24 hours.
