Set the shoulders comfortably, brace the trunk and move through a smooth range.

Perform the move

From an athletic stance, throw a light ball explosively from chest to a sturdy wall or partner, then reset. Return slowly to the starting position. Keep breathing and stop if the movement causes pain.
