Foot arch control

Setup

Warm up gently and choose a supported position. Work within a comfortable range; never force through pain.

Perform the move

With heel and toes resting on the floor, gently shorten the foot by lifting the arch without curling toes. Begin with 6 × 3 seconds. Return slowly to the starting position. Keep breathing and stop if the movement causes pain.
