Setup

Warm up gently and choose a supported position. Work within a comfortable range; never force through pain.

Perform the move

Hold a counter and move hips backward with knees softly bent. Keep the back long and stop before rounding. Begin with 6 slow repetitions. Return slowly to the starting position. Keep breathing and stop if the movement causes pain.
