Seated or lying down, make a small nod as though saying yes; keep the back of the neck long. Begin with 6 slow repetitions.

Sternocleidomastoid, scalenes and upper trapezius
Setup
Warm up gently and choose a supported position. Work within a comfortable range; never force through pain.
Perform the move
Seated or lying down, make a small nod as though saying yes; keep the back of the neck long. Begin with 6 slow repetitions. Return slowly to the starting position. Keep breathing and stop if the movement causes pain.
