Lie with knees bent and feet flat. Gently rock the pelvis to flatten then release the lower back. Begin with 8 slow repetitions.

Setup

Warm up gently and choose a supported position. Work within a comfortable range; never force through pain.

Perform the move

Lie with knees bent and feet flat. Gently rock the pelvis to flatten then release the lower back. Begin with 8 slow repetitions. Return slowly to the starting position. Keep breathing and stop if the movement causes pain.
