Setup

Warm up gently and choose a supported position. Work within a comfortable range; never force through pain.

Perform the move

Sit against a low chair back, support the head lightly and gently extend your upper back over the chair edge. Begin with 5 small repetitions. Return slowly to the starting position. Keep breathing and stop if the movement causes pain.
